JustaCheck requires direct recipient consent before any recurring SMS messages are sent.
Recurring SMS messages are only activated after the recipient directly replies YES to the consent request.
Before any recurring SMS messages are sent, the recipient must provide direct consent.
Sender Confirms Permission
A JustaCheck user enters the recipient's phone number and confirms they have permission to send an invitation.
Recipient Receives One-Time Consent Request
Example consent SMS:
"JustaCheck: [Sender Name] would like to send you recurring wellness check-ins, medication reminders, appointment reminders, and family safety check-ins by SMS text message. Reply YES to consent and receive recurring SMS messages. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help."
Recipient Must Reply YES
The recipient must reply YES before any recurring SMS messages are sent.
No Reply = No Messages
If the recipient does not reply YES, no recurring SMS messages will be sent.
Recipients may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies based on the schedule selected by the sender.
Recipients may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from future messages.
Recipients may reply HELP for assistance.
